Bloody Caesar Rim Salt. Moisten the rim of a tall glass with the lime wedge. Salt the rim of a glass with celery salt.
Mix together the celery salt and garlic salt. 05 oz lemon juice. Dump WAY too much celery salt on a small plate and floor then gently or not place the glass on the plate.
2 dashes Tapatio Hot Sauce.
