When soft peaks begin to form gradually add Baileys with a hint of Caramel. Pour into a glass and then add WOW with 50ml of Baileys Salted Caramel. This is where it all began.
Microwave the caramels in 30-second increments stirring after every 30 seconds until melted.
Gently heat 100ml of milk and the hot chocolate powder. Preheat oven to 325 F 160 C. Baileys Salted Caramel. Whip cream and sugar.
