I have a fascination with salt pigs or salt cellars. Either my spoons are missing or the fluted edge was used to sprinkle the salt. A salt cellar also called a salt dish salt-box and a salt pig and have been documented as early as classical Rome but culinary enthusiasts and collectors still swear by them.
What is your recommended salt cellar or salt pig.
